When will I get my order?
After placing your order, we will ship it within 2–4 business days if you did not purchase the packing video service. If you have purchased the packing video add-on, your order will be shipped within 3–5 business days to ensure we have enough time to create your custom video. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking information so you can follow your package at any time. Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
What is the shipping policy?
We're proud to offer worldwide Shipping on ALL Items! Tracking and secure checkout are provided for all orders. All orders are shipped within 2 business days of you placing the order depending on your location and fastest available service. Shipping Time: In most case, orders will be delivered during 10-15 days, sometime 15-20 days. Tracking your order: All orders include tracking information that is normally sent via email within 48 hours after the order has been shipped. You can also track your order using your tracking number here. No missed opportunities - only your favorite items that are sure to end up in your hands! We'll be sure to notify you when your order is ready to ship! All orders are shipped with the tracking number so you can track it every step of the way! Packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs or postal delays.

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.
What is the refund policy?
If for any reason our product doesn't fit you, we are here to help you. Here's how our return policy works: You have 14 days from the time you receive your order to return it. We accept returns for refunds, exchanges or store credit, but only if the item has not been used, is in its original packaging and in merchantable condition. To process a return, please contact us at veneajewelry@outlook.com. We do not accept returns of damaged goods, goods without their original packaging or sale items. Sale items can only be exchanged or credited to your account. Once we receive your return and it meets our terms and conditions, we will issue a refund, exchange or store credit within 7 business days. When initiating a return, please remember that you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure that your return reaches us safely.
Jewelry care
All VENEA jewellery is skilfully designed and is expertly crafted by artisans using high quality, long lasting materials. BRASS BASED: Brass products will naturally tarnish over time but this is not a fault in the product. These products are not resistant to water, moisture or sweat. To keep your items in top condition, you must handle them carefully. STAINLESS STEEL: Stainless Steel Jewellery is a steel alloy with a minimum of 10.5% chromium content by mass and a maximum of 1.2% carbon by mass. Stainless Steel has a naturally high resistance to tarnishing and rusting. For this reason, we use this material most in our products. These products are water resistant, but as with any jewellery, it is best to avoid contact with chemicals to maintain their shine. STERLING SILVER: 925 Sterling Silver consists of 92.5% silver and 7.5% copper. Silver is a precious and gentle material. Please take care of these products. When you are not using silver products, keep them in a closed box away from light. Tips for longer lasting jewellery: Keep away from soaps, perfumes, and chemicals. Clean with a soft cloth. Store in a dry place. Take it out while sleeping, taking a shower, in the pool and in the sea. Always remember that your jewellery should be the last thing you put on and the first thing you take off when dressing.
