Each Scoop is unique, but the preparation and packaging standard remains the same.
Purchasing a Packing Video simply means your order will be filmed and posted on our social media — it does not change the jewelry, gifts, Gacha items, or packaging included in your order.
Can I share my preferences?
Absolutely. You can leave your preferences in the Order Note or email us at veneajewelry@outlook.com.
Tell us about the jewelry styles you love, your favorite colors, or a piece you especially liked from one of our videos.
We'll use your preferences as a reference whenever possible while keeping the Lucky Scoop experience a surprise.
