What is your return & refund policy?
We want you to love your order. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Our return policy is simple:
You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition to qualify for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

We cannot accept returns for items that have been damaged after delivery, or items returned without their original packaging.
Once your return has been received and approved, we'll process your refund, exchange, or store credit within 7 business days.
Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Lucky Scoop and all mystery box products contain randomly selected items. The styles, accessories, and designs included in each order are assigned at random. The full range of possible items and the random selection rules are clearly disclosed on the product page prior to purchase.Once the outer packaging or inner packaging of any item has been opened, the order is not eligible for returns or exchanges based on personal preference or dissatisfaction with the random selection.Exception: If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or missing due to a product quality issue, the above restriction does not apply. Please contact our customer service team with a complete unboxing video as proof, and we will arrange an appropriate resolution.By completing payment, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to all return and after-sales policies applicable to random-selection products.
Jewelry Materials
Every VENEA jewelry piece is thoughtfully designed and carefully crafted using high-quality materials. Depending on the design, our jewelry is made from Brass, Stainless Steel, or 925 Sterling Silver. Each material has its own unique characteristics while offering beautiful everyday wear.
Brass
Brass may naturally tarnish over time, which is completely normal. To help preserve its beauty, avoid contact with water, perfumes, lotions, and harsh chemicals. Store your jewelry in a dry place when not in use.
Stainless Steel
Stainless Steel is durable, water-resistant, and naturally resistant to tarnishing and rust. It's an excellent choice for everyday wear and requires very little maintenance. If you're looking for the longest-lasting finish, we recommend choosing Stainless Steel jewelry whenever available.
925 Sterling Silver
925 Sterling Silver is made of 92.5% pure silver and 7.5% alloy for added strength. As a precious metal, it may naturally oxidize over time. To keep it looking its best, store it in a dry place and gently polish it with a soft cloth when needed.
