   Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resellable condition to qualify for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

   We cannot accept returns for items that have been damaged after delivery, or items returned without their original packaging.

   Once your return has been received and approved, we'll process your refund, exchange, or store credit within 7 business days.
   

Please note: Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Mystery Box & Lucky Scoop — Final Sale Policy

Lucky Scoop and all mystery box products contain randomly selected items. The styles, accessories, and designs included in each order are assigned at random. The full range of possible items and the random selection rules are clearly disclosed on the product page prior to purchase.Once the outer packaging or inner packaging of any item has been opened, the order is not eligible for returns or exchanges based on personal preference or dissatisfaction with the random selection.Exception: If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or missing due to a product quality issue, the above restriction does not apply. Please contact our customer service team with a complete unboxing video as proof, and we will arrange an appropriate resolution.By completing payment, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to all return and after-sales policies applicable to random-selection products.
