Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

For Lucky Scoop and mystery products, an unboxing video is strongly recommended for missing, damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
Lucky Scoop & Mystery Box Policy
Lucky Scoop and our mystery box products contain randomly selected items.
The styles, colors, accessories, and designs are randomly selected from our available product range. Before purchasing, you can check the videos posted on our social media accounts, where all our available products are showcased.
Because the contents are randomly selected, we do not accept returns or exchanges simply because you do not like the style, color, design, or combination you received.
Once the mystery packaging or individual product packaging has been opened, the order is final sale for reasons of personal preference or dissatisfaction with the random selection.
This does not apply to items that are damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing due to a product or fulfillment issue.
European Union — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
